Re-membering the Heart for Muslim Women: A Healing Journey in Sisterhood
Many Muslim women have spent years holding everyone together, with little space left to tend to themselves.
Many Muslim women were raised to hold everyone together, to give without pause, and to stay strong for everyone else. You have prayed, made du'a, and tried harder, yet the anxiety still rises and the exhaustion runs deep. The disconnection from yourself, from your body, and at times from your own heart quietly grows. What lives in the body does not leave simply because we make istighfar. Chronic fatigue, lingering tension, and emotional numbness are the body's way of naming something deeper that asks to be tended. Re-membering the Heart offers a sacred, women-only space to do this work together in sisterhood, gently guided by Maria Bachiri, within an Islamic framework that honors both the rūḥ and the nafs.
This is not therapy, nor a lecture series. It is an immersive 6-week experience of sisterhood. Six Sessions. One Transformative Journey.
