Discover the Ancient Science of Balance and the Art of Wholistic Healing
From the beginning of time, humanity has been guided on how to live in harmony with nature and maintain balance within the body. The Four Humours theory - a timeless system of medicine refined by Hippocrates, Galen, and perfected through the works of great Islamic scholars like Ibn Sina (Avicenna) - offers us a roadmap to understand ourselves, our health, and the world around us.
In this 5-week transformational course, we will explore the roots of health and medicine through the lens of Unani Tibb, Prophetic teachings, and modern science - reconnecting to divine guidance and restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone and everyone interested in:
- Improving their health and well-being
- Learning about the roots of medicine and healing
- Discovering how the body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected
- Living a more Prophetic lifestyle rooted in balance and harmony
- Practitioners, healers, educators, and anyone in the fields of service — from psychology and medicine to education and engineering — who wish to understand the true nature of health, balance, and human potential
If we can understand the basics of our makeup — what brings us into balance and what creates imbalance — we begin to see how everything inside of us affects everything outside of us. We are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Learning these fundamental concepts helps us awaken what is already rooted within our hearts — the knowledge that once guided the great minds of history to build hospitals, mosques, and breathtaking architecture that still stands today.
These were people who understood the laws of nature and divine harmony, and through that understanding, they created lasting works of beauty and benefit.

Why This Course Matters
Modern medicine often separates the physical from the spiritual — yet true healing begins when we reunite the two.
Understanding the history and foundation of medicine helps us reconnect with divine guidance, recognize imbalance correctly, and restore health the way it was meant to be: naturally, purposefully, and holistically.
As practitioners and seekers, learning the language of the humours allows us to:
- Detect imbalance in ourselves and others
- Understand how emotions, food, seasons, and environment affect health
- Support the body’s healing process through individualized care
- Become true healers who have first worked on their own inner balance
Because healing others begins with healing ourselves.
